Where are your products made?
All of our bags and shoes are handcrafted in Bali, Indonesia by local artisans.
Are your items ready stock?
Most pieces are made to order with a production time of 2–6 weeks, depending on the style.
Occasionally, limited ready-stock items may be available. Please contact us via WhatsApp to inquire.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location.
Why does the shipping weight appear higher?
Shipping is calculated using both physical weight and packaging dimensions. Each piece is packed according to its form to ensure its protection during transit.
What kind of leather do you use?
We use genuine cow leather, available in several finishes including natural milled, pull-up, and saffiano.
What is the difference between Natural Milled, Pull-Up, and Saffiano leather?
Our leathers come in three finishes: Natural Milled Leather, with its soft grain, gentle sheen, and graceful drape; Pull-Up Leather, smooth, lustrous, and beautifully structured; and Saffiano Leather, defined by its fine cross-hatch, subtle sheen, and enduring structure.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a defect.
If you receive a defective item, please provide an unboxing video within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to verify the issue or assist with a replacement.
How do I pay for my order?
All orders require full payment in advance. We begin crafting once payment is received. Payments are made via bank transfer and confirmed after processing.
Do you offer any warranty?
We offer warranty coverage for select parts of your item.
Hardware (zippers, clasps, and magnets) is covered for 6 months for manufacturing defects, and stitching is guaranteed for life.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper care, normal wear, or natural changes in the leather’s texture and color.
Shipping fees for warranty repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for my leather item?
To care for your piece, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and avoid exposure to moisture, oils, or direct heat. Do not use solvents or alcohol-based products, as they may affect the leather’s finish. Store it in its dust bag when not in use. You may condition the leather occasionally with a leather-safe balm to maintain its softness and longevity.
