We use full genuine cow leather only no faux, no mix. You’ll find various leather textures like natural milled, pull-up, and saffiano. Check the product page for details on each style.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. If that’s the case, please send us an unboxing video as proof within 7 days of receiving your item. We don’t accept change-of-mind returns.

We require full payment in advance for all orders. Once we receive your payment, we’ll start crafting your order. Payment can be made via bank transfer, and we’ll send you a confirmation once it’s processed. Please make sure to complete your payment to avoid delays in production!

Yes, we’ve got your back. If your item is damaged during shipping, we’ll cover repair and shipping fees, as long as you let us know within 1 week after delivery and provide an unboxing video of the package. After that period, we’re still happy to help with repairs, but service and shipping will be at your cost.

Our leather is high-quality and colorfast, so under normal use, it shouldn’t transfer to your clothes. However, since it’s real leather and some colors (especially darker ones) may react to humidity or friction, we always recommend avoiding prolonged contact with light-colored clothing, especially in hot or damp conditions, just to stay safe and chic!
