Each piece is handmade and made to order, and natural variations are to be expected. Subtle differences in color, texture, and grain are inherent to genuine leather. Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings. Natural markings such as gentle veins or stretch marks may occur and are part of the material’s authentic character. These variations are not considered flaws, but a reflection of the beauty of natural materials.

3. Orders

Production begins upon receipt and verification of full payment.

Production timelines are stated on each product page.

All orders are final once payment is made. This includes cancellations, design changes, size adjustments, and address modifications. If you are unsure about sizing, leather, or any other details, we encourage you to contact us prior to completing your purchase.

5. Payment Methods
We currently accept:
- Direct Bank Transfer
Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order.
Proof of payment may be uploaded through your account or emailed to info@sincerelysea.com.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- All domestic orders are shipped via Lion Parcel.
- All international orders are shipped via Tim Express or equivalent trusted courier partners.
- Shipping fees for domestic orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- International shipping cost is not included at checkout. A separate shipping quote will be sent via WhatsApp or email once your order is ready to dispatch.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times vary by location.
- Sincerely Sea is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping, including delays, handling issues, or customs inspections.
- Sincerely Sea is not liable for incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control.
- All shipping fees are non refundable, as they are paid to third party couriers and incurred once the order has been dispatched.
7. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a defect.
If you receive a defective item, please provide an unboxing video within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to verify the issue or assist with a replacement.

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Sincerely Sea.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
